Tracy Turner wins Great British Businesswoman of the Year award!

We’re thrilled to announce that our founder and director, Tracy Turner, has been named the winner of the Entrepreneurial Businesswoman: Sustainability & Impact category at the Great British Businesswoman Awards 2025.

The Great British Businesswoman Awards celebrate the UK’s most inspiring female leaders. This prestigious national award recognises Tracy’s dedication to service innovation, business growth, and making a meaningful difference in the community. It’s a fantastic achievement that highlights the impact Turners Occupational Health and Wellbeing Services has on businesses and individuals across East Anglia.

Tracy’s journey began after 40 years in nursing, when she founded Turners in 2017 as a small kitchen-table start-up. Since then, our business has grown into a thriving family-run enterprise, with a dedicated team of 14 offering a wide range of health and wellbeing services.
