This accredited training is delivered in line with Mental Health First Aid England standards, combining practical guidance with evidence-based learning.

The course is designed to equip participants with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to recognise and respond to mental health challenges in the workplace. Through a structured and supportive approach, participants gain both understanding and practical tools they can apply in real situations.

What is MHFA England Adult Training?

THE COURSE

This course provides a comprehensive introduction to mental health, covering common conditions such as anxiety, depression, and stress.

Participants learn how to recognise the signs of mental health challenges, offer initial support, and guide individuals towards appropriate professional help. The training also focuses on building confidence in approaching sensitive conversations with clarity and empathy.

Building confidence to support others

IN PRACTICE

This course goes beyond theory, focusing on practical application and real-life scenarios. Participants develop the confidence to step in, offer reassurance, and respond effectively when someone is struggling or experiencing a mental health crisis.

The training also emphasises self-care, boundaries, and the importance of maintaining your own wellbeing while supporting others, helping to create a more resilient and supportive workplace culture.
